Woodworker/sculpture Kennedy Tyrell makes wonderful items out of wood, which he then sells from his small shop in Zion. Many find his store while driving around the island by happenstance, others head out to track him down. His most well known pieces are of animals, particularly his crabs, which he carves from local wood and then polishes to a bright shine. Enjoy his local slice of island life.If you visit Kennedy’s Hand Craft Centre in Zion Village, Nevis, be aware that Kennedy can neither hear nor speak.
